Salmon Fillet Tail Cut

Tail portions are the tail of the fillet. With a mild flavour, the meat is moderately firm and oily, and has a large, moist flake when cooked. Recipes that tend not to overpower its delicate flavour are best and works well with garden vegetables like cucumbers, zucchini and light seasonings like dill and parsley.
