1. Return Policy
J.S. Company B.V. is committed to customer satisfaction. Our return policy is designed to be fair and transparent for all B2B wholesale transactions.
1.1 Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- ✓ Products are defective or damaged upon receipt
- ✓ Products do not match the ordered specifications
- ✓ Products are non-conforming to agreed quality standards
- ✓ Return is reported within 48 hours of delivery
- ✓ Return is authorized with a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number
1.2 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:
- ❌ Custom or private label orders
- ❌ Products that have been opened, used, or altered
- ❌ Perishable goods (edible oils, confectionery, fresh products)
- ❌ Products with expired or near-expiry shelf life
- ❌ Clearance, discontinued, or sale items
- ❌ Products damaged due to improper storage or handling by Buyer
- ❌ Products that have been repackaged or relabeled
2. Return Process
Follow these steps to initiate a return:
Report Issue
Contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with order number, product details, and photos of any damage or defect.
Receive RMA
Upon approval, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
Prepare Shipment
Pack products securely in original packaging. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Return Shipment
Ship the products to our warehouse using a trackable shipping method. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Inspection & Processing
Upon receipt, we will inspect the returned products and process your refund or replacement within 7-14 business days.
3. Refunds & Credits
3.1 Refund Processing
Approved returns will be processed as follows:
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Refund Amount: Full product price minus original shipping costs and any restocking fees
- Processing Time: 7-14 business days after receiving and inspecting returned products
- Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may apply for non-defective returns
3.2 Replacement Products
For defective or non-conforming products, we offer replacement at no additional cost. Replacement products will be shipped within 5-10 business days of return approval.
3.3 Credit Notes
For established wholesale accounts, we may issue credit notes for future purchases instead of cash refunds. Credit notes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

- Price adjustment for minor non-conformities
10. Product Recall Process
In the unlikely event of a product recall:
- We will immediately notify all affected customers via email and phone
- Detailed recall instructions will be provided, including affected batch numbers
- Full refund or replacement will be issued for recalled products
- We will coordinate with regulatory authorities as required
- Root cause analysis will be conducted to prevent recurrence
